El edificio Eduardo Riera fue adquirido por parte de INDESOVI DE PR INC. en junio 2017 y su rehabilitación fue completada en diciembre 2017.
The project is the result of a collaboration between the Mayaguez Municipality and INDESOVI of PR, Inc., in order to create affordable rental housing for low-income families in the traditional urban center. The project will provide fifteen (15) housing units for rent and one (1) parking lot on the ground floor.

The project is located at the Street Aguila #61 in the traditional urban center of the Municipality of Mayaguez.
